Hi.

I have a pulmonary function test set for very early in the afternoon today. It's going to disrupt my work schedule, but my GP and I have already had to wait a month or two just to get scheduled for this test. So it's got to get done today.

Best wishes that whatever is found is found quickly and has guaranteed successful inexpensive solution, that takes effect quickly.

(Can you tell that all of us wish makers have studied philosophy [and genies in magic lamps], and know that the wish must be water-tight against the wish-granter weaselling out on a technicality?)
