It's an Anglican Church on Elgin Street in Centretown Ottawa. They've since removed this signage in favour of a more fixed and unchanging design.

It took a second reading for me to realize that the French was not a translation of the English but a different quote. Was the Abbot the regional Abbot or someone else, or do you know?
