The Star has been on fire lately. I soooo hope Torstar wins the bid for what I still like to call the Southam papers (plus the National Post).

Then an actual newspaper would be running newspapers. What a thought!

They certainly have been on fire of late, and I share that hope. Especially if there's a long-term plan to spin each of those newspapers out of the company successfully as an independent operation in its own right.
