Right now, even getting interplanetary flight at affordable rates for human beings seems to be beyond our reach. :-/

If reliable fusion power is developed, that hurdle may be overcome. Getting beyond that would require considerably more effort. If you can't accelerate human bodies and cargo to more than 10% of light speed (and we are nowhere near that now), interstellar flight just isn't feasible. Sorry.
