A dim stock assessment

Based on certain developments today, I don't think the Toronto Stock Exchange board of directors are thinking very clearly about their responsibilities. Granted, I don't have a direct stake - so far as I know - in the outcome. But I consider it highly desirable that the TSX remain in Canadian hands.
