I'd heard of the rallies in support of DT-45, and was also grimly amused at the turnout for their side.
As for the slander you speak of? I'd be glad of honest work paying that much a week. And protesting in support of civil society...well, getting paid for something I need to do in self-defence anyway would be a bonus. Might complicate my tax paperwork (a little bit), but I could live with that consequence.
