Transit thoughts elsewhere

So one of my maps got linked on Public Transit in Ottawa. It's a bit of dreaming in Adobe Illustrator that I've been fiddling with as a sidebar to my writing for Spacing Ottawa and my interest in transit for personal survival's sake.

Anyway, if you're interested, go take a look!

I love the way you made the Glebe accessible.

It seems a good idea, although at least one of your neighbours - I don't know if you've been introduced to each other - has expressed a particular concern over disruption of neighbourhood accessibility via wheelchair.

Wheelchairs seem to me to be a parallel consideration - something to be taken into account, while still making it easier to travel to and from the Glebe on public transit.

Agreed. Surely there must be streetcar designs certified as accessible we can buy for the city?

I'd be surprised if there weren't.
