Speaking with no actual knowledge of the situation, other than being a practicing architect . . . there's a non-zero chance the client requested that.

What the hell is up with the hot nurse outfit on that model? Or, for that matter, the amazingly waist-reducing dress on the other model?

Also, having recently visited a hospital room when my mother was there, I have to say, that room is ENORMOUS and has way more seating than any actual hospital room I've ever been in, even in a nice place.

I guess this place sells digital assets for use in games or videos or something?

When I worked for a game company in the '80s, we published an RPG module/supplement called Stormhaven. It featured a large manor house on a somewhat remote island. The entire second floor was bedrooms, IIRC. The thing was, the guy who drew it didn't know the functional aspects of plumbing, i.e. you put adjacent bathrooms back-to-back so one set of pipes services both and they line up going down.

I knew this because my dad is a retired plumber and I've crawled around sites watching them go up from raw dirt to people moving-in stage.

Design-speaking, it had a few problems.
