Home Mail Delivery in Canadian Cities? Not Any More!

So this is going to be an ugly shock for those who still find the service of value and those who were hoping to get it back or expanded someday.

I don't currently live in one of the urban neighbourhoods that still gets "right to your door" service, and now everyone who still has it is about to lose it.

Distressing.

To put it mildly.

Thanks for the heads up. We have house service. I've spent most of my life with a po box in a post office so I'm not terribly upset although it is an inconvience and I'm not sure how the outdoor boxes handle parcels.

The older outdoor books have provisions built into them for parcels, and the newer models look like they were sized large enough for normal amazon.whichever-local-domain services. Where's those pix I uploaded to Flickr again?
