No idea. I usually tend to spot singletons. At Bruyère, at Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa Police East Division HQ, and elsewhere in eastern Ottawa across the years.

Around here, they usually come in flocks. Saw an adult with a slew of youngsters just yesterday.

I'm sure the flocks are being raised somewhere in the region. I've yet to see them in those numbers.
