There's a formalized Klingon alphabet, called piqaD - capitalization intended per the rules of Latin-written thlingan Hol. The writing system started appearing in the first movie, and it's been increasingly formalized and filled in by fans and subcontractors to the shows over the decades since.

While I don't read Klingon, the added contrast helps make me think I'm seeing the whole forms.

(And after looking at it at "actual" intended size...no. Not going to share it. Needs more work.)

Much better. I think I'd have to play with the gamma on my monitors to "see" the original correctly.
