It Finally Looks Like Winter (2024 Edition)

We had a proper snowfall overnight in Ottawa-Gatineau starting yesterday around 4 PM local time.

Whether it's going to stay that way so as to allow skating on the Rideau Canal during Winterlude this year is still uncertain.
