SHIELD: End of the Beginning - Spoilery Thoughts

Some quick thoughts early in the morning...Okay.

1. Cybertek is going to get nailed under RICO or being designated a Terrorist Organization after this. Slavery, association with a HYDRA cell, multiple counts of kidnapping, possession of stolen goods...

2. Garrett got the end he deserved. That Extremis/GH-325 chemical cocktail brings him back from the dead - literally - and instead of wandering off to let the healing process finish up properly, he heads straight for that auto-surgery table and Darth Vader's himself without anesthetic?

Coulson did him a favour by zapping him.

3. Nick Fury was used here very well.

4. Phil Coulson gets paid a supreme compliment...and then gets what will be a defining quest of his life handed to him.

5. Rebuilding SHIELD from the ground up is a quest for multiple seasons. And a cast the size of Hill Street Blues. Seriously.

More as it comes to mind.

Whether that mind is mine or one or more of yours...?

Possibly my favorite line so far in the series is, "Now I'll be unsto--"

Plus what followed, of course.

Coulson probably quietly filled out the witness statement forms off-camera later explaining himself and no one batted an eye. ;-)

Who would dare?

I want to know what the hell Coulson is writing, and WHAT THE HELL IS SKYE'S FATHER!!!

Very good thing we're getting a second season of this series, then, isn't it?
