The only reason it isn't worse for me is because I managed, with my roommate's help, to install an air-conditioner in my room last week.

I *hate* to think of the amount of power therefore required to retain my sanity. :-(

At least the cost of installing solar support is dropping by the month. With enough good luck and a bit of diligence, it'll be affordable long before we're both dead.
