I'm somewhat dubious - B5 is (mostly) a gem, but other than Sense8 (and I credit it's awesomeness mostly to the Wachowskis), I've not seen anything JMS worked on after B5 that was more than mediocre. I think the utterly amazing cast (with the exception of Bruce Boxleitner) had a lot to do with how wonderful the original was. However, if this new one has as good a cast, it might be quite good.
I'm happy to give the script a fair bit of credit too (also debit for things like some attempts at humor) and I might be cautiously hopeful now that the industry's more used to heavily-arc'd series and if other lessons have been learned.
(Indeed, I've not been much struck by other JMS stuff.)
