How does practicing your art skills go? Do you find yourself enjoying it and sometimes pleasantly surprising yourself and often learning a bit more? Is the walking exercise kind of nice too?

The art practice is, by turns, entertaining and frustrating. I never paid the degree of attention in anatomy for animation - I think Algonquin called it part of Lifedrawing - that I think I ought to have done. As for colour...I could wish for a wider range of colours applicable to human flesh tones. Crayola has announced such a kit for their regular crayons, and Tombow USA has a partial kit...

And yes, I'm (re)learning as I go.

The walking exercise is good too.
