Russia is causing problems in the internet as a whole with their experimenting with cutting Russia out of the internet. Personally, I'd like to see a huge DDoS attack on all of their gateway routers that would just kick them out of the internet so they can't pull shit like this. People forget Putin was a KGB officer, he wants to bring the rest of the world down to his level to legitimize himself.
